How To Cancel

PLEASE NOTE:  All Cancellations MUST be done through the website.  You do not need to email us.  If you have an emergency, please cancel via the website, THEN email us the reason.  

To cancel a workshop:

  • Sign in on the the main page, then click on MY ACCOUNT, and MY WORKSHOPS.
  • Click on the name of the workshop you want to cancel. 
  • You will then see the workshop description (date, time, etc.) and the message:

You are registered for this event.

You may cancel this event and receive credit to use towards a future workshop (if it is less than 48 hours before the workshop, it will tell you that you will only get a credit if your spot is filled).

  • Just click on the CANCEL button and you will be all set!  
  • The credit will go back into your Actor's Key account to use immediately towards future workshops/classes/seminars if it is 48 hours or more before the workshop.  We do not issue refunds for workshops that you cancel- you will only be issued "store credit", which can be used for anything in the future at Actor's Key Burbank and Actor's Key West.
  • IF IT IS LESS THAN 48 hours before the workshop, it is considered a "Late Cancel" .  This means that you will only get the credit back if your spot fills (the credit would go into your account automatically at midnight after the workshop if the spot fills).  If the credit goes back into your account,  you can use it any time by choosing another workshop and going through the normal steps with the cart.  
  • If you decide you can take the workshop you late-canceled, follow the instructions on how to UNCANCEL HERE

Again, please do note- the cancellation policy is 48 hours, so you just have to cancel 48 hours or more before the workshop!!!  Otherwise, you are responsible for your payment unless someone takes your spot and the workshop is full.

The workshop will NO LONGER show up in your MY WORKSHOPS section if you cancel this correctly, so please double check that IMMEDIATELY.  We are not responsible for people not completing their transactions, or not following directions.  Email us at if you have any problems.
