Paul is a HEAD CASTING DIRECTOR.  He just finished casting a new web series for Disney Online Originals, Take180.com, the films THE HOLY GHOST PEOPLE, a thriller,  and MY FUNNY VALENTINE, a romantic comedy.  In addition, He is now the Casting Director for Noah Wyle and Daniel Henning's new play developmental series, The Living Room Series, for their Blank Theatre Company.  They will be casting staged workshop readings of new plays and musicals to be held every Monday evening from now until Memorial Day.  Click on the link to see more.  http://losangeles.broadwayworld.com/article/Noah-Wyle-Virginia-Madsen-Mark-Valley-Lead-WINDOWS-ON-THE-WORLD-912-20110826

Paul got his start in casting many years ago on television shows such as Three Sisters, Scrubs, and Martha, Inc.: The Story of Martha Stewart,  before moving into films, multimedia, and theatre.  He is  known for spending his time working with actors to draw out their best performances.
