How To Cancel
PLEASE NOTE: All Cancellations MUST be done through the website. You do not need to email us. If you have an emergency, please cancel via the website, THEN email us the reason.
To cancel a workshop: sign in on the the main page, then click on MY ACCOUNT, and MY WORKSHOPS.
Then click on the name of the workshop you want to cancel.
You will then see the workshop description (date, time, etc.) and the message:
You are registered for this event.
You may cancel this event and receive credit (if it is less than 48 hours before the workshop, it will tell you that you will only get a credit if your spot is filled).
